We are Professional Consulting Services, Inc. (PCS), an independent medical billing and consulting firm headquartered in Conway, Arkansas, with additional offices in Little Rock and Fort Smith. Since 1992, we’ve operated with a dedication to serving healthcare providers across Arkansas and beyond. Our leadership team holds over 100 years of combined experience working directly with insurance carriers, and we stay on top of billing criteria changes so our clients don’t have to.

Our team is comprised of experienced AAPC-certified coders, billing specialists, and former healthcare executives. We pride ourselves on delivering patient-friendly service, transparent communication, and efficient billing processes. As a privately owned company with a workforce of 51–200 professionals located entirely in the U.S., we offer both the agility of a boutique firm and the depth of a large team.
