Job Overview
SFA Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in AR operations, a strong understanding of payment follow-ups, and the ability to efficiently manage accounts receivable tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
- Follow up on outstanding payments and unpaid accounts
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify overdue balances
- Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve account-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment processing
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
- Good understanding of AR processes and payment follow-ups
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good organizational and time management skills
