Job Overview

Tritech Services is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Production Executives to join its US Medical Billing team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in medical billing operations and a good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day US medical billing operations efficiently
• Process and review claims while ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Follow up on unpaid, rejected, or denied claims when required
• Maintain accurate billing and patient account records
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues
• Ensure assigned productivity and quality targets are consistently met
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies while handling patient information

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in US Medical Billing
• Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
• Must be comfortable working the night shift on-site
